I want to fit a rev counter to my 90 2.5NA, even if not a permenant fixture I would like to set one up to check some things.

Someone correct me when I go wrong, I get a rev counter, deck one side and put the other on the W terminal of the alternator?

Is this all I need, secondly, if I did want to put one in as a permenant fixture, where would could I mount it? I have one free small dial housing, but I doubt you could get one small enough, or could I?

try Vehicle wiring products they sell guage mounts as well. Alternatively a motorcycle breakers will have some smaller dials, but the 8000 rpm redline may be just a tad too optimistic.

Cheers, that looks like just the thing, I called them there but got no answer, will try again on Monday.

Do you have any idea how much they charge for it? they don't seem to have a pricelist!

Yea, I hope so, mind you there is a bunch that want £60 odd quid for one, or am I expecting too much for my money?
