So after my bargain of picking up a winch bumper, snatch block, tree strop, fender light guards, fender diff guard ....... Oh and a warn 8274, all for the grand sum of £220, I set about making the winch fit :D
Oh and I sold the bumper for £150 so it's cost me £70 so far :D

So I currently have a nice cheap champion 1200 winch, which has dome me proud so far, and I recon I'm going to put it on the back at some point

Strip everything down and remove the old one

I had to cut the lip of the back of my winch tray, I also had to remove the bonet catch to get it to fit, but I have bonet pins luckily

Fit the warn, and level it up, then drill the two top holes for the fixings
