Fitting Hard Top

I may have done something silly.. I have a bought a hard top (Safari sides and roof) but haven't got any fixings!

Could anyone tell me:

1) What I need to attached the roof to the sides (and windscreen top)?
2) What do I need to attached the sides to the body?
3) What do I need to put together/on/fixings for the rear door (including the door! I note that Paddocks sell a glazed one for about £130..)

That must deserve the price for the most perfect answer! I strongly suggest buying that lot, getting all the numbers together and finding it all in one place will takes days or weeks and that's not counting how many wrong parts you get sent and have to return.

You could go for the rustic farmer look and just attach it with baling twine and gaffer tape, it's not pretty but it's cheap and effective.

The bulk of them peices are usually still attached to the hardtop.
