Fitting aftermarket ICE to P38 RR

Can anyone comment on fitting an aftermarket stereo to the P38 RR. How does it work with the integrated amps (does it?!) Anyone know where I can get the blanking plate for a standard stereo to fit the dash hole.

I think the P38 has the standard ISO connectors - although I haven't looked yet - it that correct?

Your P38 does have the ISO connectors and if you After market ICE also has ISO it is dead simple just plug it in and it will work - Mine did.
Also for the blank - go on ebay and buy the stick on walnut effect trim panels that sell for about £8.00 trim to suit and stick it on - I did it looks great.

I have aftermarket stereo, plugs in directly. I am not sure about spacers, but there is somekind of plastic trims on the ends of stereo. They were solid, so i didn´t hassle with them when updating unit. (PO have poor Grundig installed, replaced it with new unit which plays MP3:s from USB-stick)

Here are spacers? Actually they look like part of console??
