finding the right stalk adaptor

Hi

im having major problems finding the right stalk adapter for my freelander
after being sold the wrong one by halfords i have spent 2 months chasing them up to get the right one..but im having no luck with them

anyone here have any ideas

my car
freelander TD4 reg 51

old stereo VDO 22DC597/60R

radio block C43

new stereo JVC KD-G632




has any one here managed to find the correct stalk adater for this/similar set up
