Finding the Military history of your Ex-MOD FFR?

Hi all,
I really want to trace the history of my vehicle as i have no docs. Its obviously a 24v 109 FFR but where has it been?

Lots of sand in it and it was once sand coloured!
Where should i start?

No but it'll give you companies it was posted to and when, military reg if you dont know it and some abbreviations that confused the hell out of me.

Get the basic info first and then look for someone to decipher it. Folk on EMLRA are very knowledgable
