Recently I'v finished my coil suspension on my Suzuki Samurai. Now it's got
everything on (low gears, lockers, big tires, coil suspension). But one
thing left to me to finish, that would be rollcage.
I cannot decide which one is better for offroading? External or internal
full cage?

They'll both do the job. How fond are you of the sheetmetal, and how many
meals do you want to buy for the panel beater?

I'm leaning toward an exo for my 90 XJ.

Sure I'm going to made it. I won't to do every part of the truck by myself.
I already done 4.16:1 tranny, coil suspension, bumpers and etc.
You see, in my country you cannot buy any accessories specially made for
suzuki except shock absorbers, brake pads, clutches, tires and winch. So I
am forced to do all mods by myself or I can order parts from states but some
things cost me with shipping like one good used Samurai.

Other factor to consider is whether you plan to drive it on the road. An exo-cage does wonders (not!) for your drag coefficient, unless you have a big engine, you may find that your top speed is limited and gas mileage will suffer.

Where R U.......4:16's R only good for 29"-30" tires you need some 6 to
1's fer' that T-case.....and stay away from Calmonkey

The Dirt Weasel
"JEEP..........It's whats fer' Dinner".....".Here Jeeper Jeeper "
if it takes more than 3 bolts .......... it's important

I'm not planning to put larger tires than 31's. If I put 33's I will brake
something (axles, birfields!!!). I really don't need 6:1 cause I'm not doing
any rockcrawling (no serious rocks in my country). Only mud and loose ground
in the summer.
