Exhaust Manifold noise

Hi,

I was hoping someone could give me some advice. I have a 98 Rover HSE 4.6. and I have alot of noise coming from what seems like the exhaust manifold. Removed manifold and changed gaskets. Did not work. Checked manifold for cracks. Could'nt find any. Any advice?? Maybe warped??:eek:
