Afternoon campers.
Trying to fit a new exhaust to Noel.
It's a ****part exhaust (temporary measure, it was cheap!) fitted on to a Richards galvanized chassis.

Ive worked out the bracket locations for the rear

The new chassis is missing a bracket.

I've just done some checking. My Richards' Lightweight chassis only has the back right and the one over the back axle on the left. My 'taking it all apart pictures are from the wrong side and I can't see whether it had one originally. I do dimly recall having a bracket too many with my new exhaust. So, possibly in the same boat as you.

I will say though that it doesn't really seem to need it.
 
Richards? Or on a scrap chassis? Not much to them, I'll get dimensions if you are fabricating one up.
The Richards series 3 lwb chassis I bought doesn't have the bracket for the intermediate pipe.
However, their series 2 lwb chassis on their website does!
Mine is definitely a S3 (prefix N)
My original chassis, in the photo, did have the bracket.
The exhaust is definitely the correct one for the year and model.

I'm kicking myself for not keeping what was left of the old chassis, but I had nowhere to keep it.

If you do have the dims of the bracket, that would be very much appreciated.
Plan would be to add a flat plate and self tap screw or rivnut to the chassis rather than weld.

I gave it a wiggle earlier and it's a lot better supported than either of my motre modern cars.

That said, it's just occurred to me that this may possibly have something to do with a problem I had for a few months after the rebuild. A really annoying scratching sound, something like a piece of welding rod against the other side of the bulkhead. Drove me mad trying to find it but when I was changing gearbox oil I knocked the exhaust - that was it. The joint in the pipes was creaking as it wobbled and it didn't seem to tighten fully. Solved it by putting in one of those crushed steel wool things other cars use, but I'm now wondering if it would have been just about ok with more support. Dunno.
 
Looks like someone at Richards Chassis had a brainstorm, and nobody checked their work afterwards.
I think at the very least, they owe you a bracket, and a fixing system for it.
I'd be using rivnuts myself, at least 4 x 8mm to be safe
