hi everyone

After years of modifying cars, scooters, building trikes and other impractical vehicles, thought it was about time to settle down get a sensible car - some how this ended up with me purchasing a 1993 defender 110 :D so after 12 months of ownership, though it was about time i signed up and joined a forum!

Here's a pic of the 110 shortly after purchase

From the start it needed work on the gearbox (crunching in 3rd), which was resolved by fitting a reconditioned box (and at the same time a discovery transfer box)

Shortly after this and it passing an MOT without issue :high5: the fun started with the modifications.

First to go were all of the previous owners modifications - recouping a proportion of the initial outlay and giving me a clean slate to work from

so far modifications to date, in no real order:

allisport uprated heater matrix

heavy duty insulation matting in the front
custom made suspended 6x9 speaker bar
custom made racking (fits over wolf boxes)
raptor dash fitted with autometer gauges
insulated roof
