Error Codes

2004 Freelander getting these error codes P0341, P1470. P1472, P1605, P1775.

Any help appreciated! Dealer just wants to throw parts and money at it without research.

To be perfectly honest there all spurious codes that have no detrimental effect on the vehicle what so ever,, the only slighty concerning code may be the p0341 for you cam signal. as for the rest they have probably just been picked up over a long period of time. personally I would have them cleared and carry on driving it the only one that may come back is the p0341 at a guess..... None of them are going to cause it to suddenly blow up!!!
