Ennisboyne

I am fairly new to this lark, so hope I am doing this right. I bought an 02 Defender 110 commercial recently. Have been having great fun with it but am having difficulty with rear view visibility and mirrors.
I crossed a fork in a road recently on a bend and the view of the road to my rear left was totally obscured by the side of the van. I tried messing about with the wing mirrors without much success.
Has anyone had similar problems and how did you deal with it?

have the same problem with my van and me 90 h.top you just have to live with it or drive a station wagon

put some windows in it if yer neck isnt long enough

Some people use blind spot windows, but I used to drive the bigger merc sprinters, cab and chassis ones, really wide, and no view other than the passenger door window. What you have to do is stay to the right of the junction, and ass you approach the line pull accross to the left so that you're perpendicular to the road and can see properly. It's something you need to get used to, and after a while it will be second nature.
