Engine probs 94 200Tdi help pppllleeaassee

Ive got a 200tdi and have just got a problem that started Sunday and was wondering if anyone else had any ideas.
Starts A1 .Driving in any gear it is juddering as if fuel is spurting and stopping. ive put a new Fuel filter, Air filter , on and have fuel pumping through into filter from the cup/primer thingy!!!!!! but its like i'm pulling 200 horses. Any help would be great .

So fuel is pumping through the filter OK, right so the lift pump is ok, if clean, fresh diesel is getting to the injection pump... then I would suspect that its something from the IP onwards... how many miles the engine done?

cheers all but took it to stratstones today they said transfer box had gonE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! got a 2nd hand 1 on ebay now to fit new gearbox n tx box great joy.
