engine disabled

hi can anyone help!
enine imobolised says engine disabledkey code lock out, fobs dont work eka code does nothing .. Can everything be re-booted at my home with a lap top? do i need new battery? any help gratefully recieved just dont want to be ripped off when he arrives at my house.. thanks all.

You cannot fix it with a laptop, you could fix it with a Nanocom EVO

Check your battery voltage, a low battery will cause all sorts of problems.

I took my becm to a guy near derby who, for £70, unlocked it and allowed it to restart. He also found out the eka I was given was incorrect. Check out eBay item number 200776126287 for the guys number. His name is doug. Very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Im new to p38s but I just disconnected the battery put the key to position 2 in the ignigtion lock connected the battery whilst in this position and it reset everything. careful you dont lock your keys in the car.
