Hi all
Still having problems. The engine died completely on the drive to Work. Warning light came on and revs dropped. Pushed the accelerator and nothing. Wouldn't restart again for a minute got towed to a garage and got a code 1190 but it was a fuel pressure error and not specific. Injectors were replaced already and the pumps are whirring away. Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks

I wish it was that I changed the filter a week ago. I've been getting an intermittent power loss when driving but today it died totally

Even though you have replaced the injectors recently....I would get them checked again as one may be faulty.

When was the low pressure fuel pump replaced? That can cause the eml light to come on in my experience, but the injectors did not cause the light to come on.

Or how about that pesky little fuel rail sensor on which the contacts rust?

same thing happened to mine a cpl years ago, it ended up bieng a snapped
crank shaft, :( and im not joking

Right so I changed the low pressure pump and checked the pressure sensor and still the same. Seems to be worse when the engine is warm and over 50.I'm at the end of my rope now with it so any thing else before I go mad
