Hi Guys
went to start the freelander (1.8) and it tried for a split second and stopped I have tried to rotate the engine via the bottom pulley it will only turn 1/2 turn at best. i checked the cambelt that's ok but the timing looked out I stripped off the cambelt and the camshafts and I noticed when I removed them that number 4 exhaust valves tappets were at different heights. I took these out and now I can see the valve tops are at different heights. I'm sure its bent the end Exhaust valve on N0.4 cylinder but just wanted the thoughts of you guys before I strip the end off the thing.
Thanks
