Good idea, would the angle of it being down at the front make it hard to remove though?it would struggle you could remove the front wheels and stand it on blocks of wood etc
Probably a good way of doing it, the ready made a frames are 2 or 3 times the price of a regular engine crane thoughwhat about an A frame and block and tackle old school

What about trying to hire one you could try HSS / lift and shift or find a local scaffolding company buy some tubes and clips and make your own.Probably a good way of doing it, the ready made a frames are 2 or 3 times the price of a regular engine crane though

If you got room get a mate with a winch and use a snatch block, take a lot of the hard work out of it.That’s a decent idea I’ve got plenty of scaffolder friends

Have to take care to not pull the A frame over, better with a block and tackle, more effort though. If you got room get a mate with a winch and use a snatch block, take a lot of the hard work out of it.
