Engine Conversion

Does anyone know if the 3.5 can be converted to a 3.9 by the use of liners ?

I've read that this is how the early 3.9 was built so just need to know is it as easy as it is said or hard.

I have the necessary experience in rebuilding engines just need to know wether it is as straight forward as I have read.

Does anyone know where I can get a Range Rover repair and service manual from ? I have the haynes but this is about as much use as a pint of water in a paper bag

(Not saying Haynes isn't good. Doesn't give me the technical info I use)

I have the geuine repair manual for my SIIa it is so much informative than a haynes manual

There are 8 diffrent books for the RR petrol and diesel inc. parts catalogue.
Check prices first they do vary a lot.
