electrics all blown... help!!!!

had a new condensor fitted at the weekend and had it regassed this morning, the pump/clutch did not initally kick in so the guy gave it a boost. it then worked and air con started to get cold, a few minutes later i noticed i could not get the power windows to work. then it turned out that air con,sunroof,indicaters,remote,wipers,seats,mirrors and probably more stuff has packed up, the alarm is constanly going off. all fuses,battery and alternater have been tested and are fine. the guy reckons the air con pump is at fault but how can i get all the electrics back

vehicle is hse 4.6 on a 95 plate

It sounds as if there was a momentary loss of battery power with the fault on the aircon pump, or that it upset the BECM in some way - you may need the EKA code to stop the alarm etc and then try resetting the windows and sunroof, hopefully there is no BECM damage.

Make sure you remove the aircon relay so the faulty pump doesn't blow it all up again, until you get a new compressor fitted.

If you can't reset, then it looks as if you will need to send the BECM away for resetting - there are threads on how to do this, and people who do it for a reasonable price - several members of this forum like IrishRover and others do this.
