Hi folks, wondering if anyone could give me a fresh opinion on what might of happend here.
Yesterday I decided it was about time I got my fuel gauge wired up properly (I'd been guessing my fuel level using the tripmeter). Turned out to be a dodgy earth on the sender unit.
Afterwards went about rebuilding the dashboard when my fuse for the dials and stop lamps went along with the one for my indicators.
New fuses in place and I've got an odd clockwork sounding buzz coming intermittently from behind the left hand side of the dash and when I turn my lights on it appears the stop lights are on regardless of whether I'm braking not. The brake lights do not come on if I try the brake without the side lights on.
Any ideas? It's a 1978 series 3 SWB if that helps. Any advise would be great!
Thanks
