Eh Up from the Yorkshire Dales... Please help!

Hi all, not that new to landys but am new to this forum, looking to see if anyones got any bright ideas about a set of 8 spoke rims i've got and thought i'd start here.

Long story but please bare with me... i bought a set of rims of the dreaded ebay which when they first turned up looked fine, put some tyres on, went to put them on my landy and the they didn't fit. Allthough on there own they looked ok, when there sat next to a land rover rim it's pretty clear they're different. The hub is about 1mm too small and the studs are a bit smaller and closer to the center of the rim. Anyone got any idea what they might actually be from or how i could find out... baring actually wondering the streets with a socket set looking for 4x4's that look about right? only thing that comes to mind is some sort Suzuki but thats a bit of a guess.

Any thoughts...

Nah, don't need batteries... just a realy long extension cable! anyway, I got a new set from somewhere else, just wanted to sell these ones that don't fit cos they're now living in my dinning room...

sounds familiar!!! My father in law had a bike engine in his dinning room.
