Eezy Peezy Fan Belt Change ?? RR 3.5efi (1986)

As a newbie, I guess I will be allowed one idiot question.

How does the fan belt come off.

I have successfully removed the alternator, power steering and air conditioner belts with no trouble at all.

The fan belt requires that the clamp be released to allow removal. All very simple . . . How on earth do you get a spanner on the nut to release the clamp?? There just isn't room for anything to fit. Is there a special "off-set widget" or specialised tool to achieve this impossible task.

I promise never to ask anything so naiive ever again if I can just get the belt off and then back on again.

Hi there is a second pully wheel which has a bolt on the shaft loosen that and hey presto the belt will come off

Once you have all the other belts off there is just enough space to get a ring spanner or a 3/8th drive on it
