are edelbrock 4 barrel carbs any good?,i have been offered one with manifold and want to know if it will be better than the su carbs i have on my v8.

depends what yu want it fur - its a performance carb - not easy to fita snorkel too tho

the su's appear to be quite badly worn so it seemed a good idea.

it is a good carb. Nearly as good as a Holley

no i haven't,i've been concentrating on structural work and bodywork,it has loads of compression and a good spark so i haven't worried too much about it actually running,i've been looking for a good complete dash as well but have had no luck.
