Has anyone else managed to solve this issue? My 90 Truck Cab has the bottom rubber door seal riveted to the sill. The top of the sill has a (metal) round section running along it’s length to help protect the top of the rubber door seal which sits just under this section.
Hope that’s clear so far?
I bought some stainless door threshes from YRM which at first glance ain’t going to fit. I’ve had a quick look at the YRM website and it states if I have what I’ve outlined above, I will have to modify the parts supplied.
Question is, has anyone else experienced the same issue and if so, what did you do to modify them?
It’s the round section on top of the sill that I’m struggling with and can’t see how a stainless door thresh can sit over that.
I’ll give Ronnie a call tomorrow but just thought I’d put the question out there incase I’m missing something obvious.
