just a moan & groan as ebays customer service's did'nt leave me with any idea what happen'd. i brought a few bits using the basket option not a problem went through paypal okay, got up sunday morning to check everything had gone through alright when i found 2 items paid for the rest requesting payment, check the bank online money went out alright, checked paypal they recieved okay. sent me payment email receit. so contacted ebay customer service's they had no idea what had happen they blame'd paypal error. so contacted paypal they investigated. ebay checkout system paid money into sellers account then return'd it 2 minutes later. ebay still ignoring my request as to why so i now have to wait for money to return to my account and purchase items again. anybody else had these problems from them of things disappearing paying for things just to find out they hav'nt been. then having to purchase again. anybody ever had a sorry our fault or an explaination from them
