If there are no leaks why has the suspension dropped? None inflation usually means no air pressure. It has been said on other forums that disconnecting the battery for thirty minutes will reset the EAS ECU. But i have never tried this. If he tries this make sure he has his EKA code handy and knows how to apply it.

hi wammers , my mate has just told me that yesterday when he hooked trailer up he lowered susspenson on the car using switch on dash , down to meet the trailer height then car lowered and then stayed at lower level and then fault sign showed on dash and still there and susspendsion still at lower height ?????? cheers mozz

Engine running, close all doors, tailgate, make sure trailer unhitched, then use switch to raise height again; probably stuck in "memory" with trailer socket wired-up......had this before with mine!

Towing should be done with EAS locked in standard mode. Sounds like there is no air or a faulty sensor. You will have to clear fault before investigate what the problem is. Nothing will happen with EAS locked and message on dash.

hi wammers , hes tried taking battery off for 40 mins put back on and still showing fault 35 mph tried raising height and lowering but nothings happening ?????

Disconnecting the battery will not clear an EAS hard fault. It's either an EAS kicker from BBS or download the EAS unlock suite to clear the fault.
The suspension will not move until you clear the fault.

hi keith , so when you say download eas what do you mean ??? sorry for being thick cheers mozz

Download the EAS unlock suite from www.rswsolutions.com get a cable (coming soon!) and you can sort anything on the EAS. If it's urgent and there is no one near your mate with an EAS kicker then go to www.blackboxsolutions.com and order your own EAS kicker to re-set the fault:)
