Also heard its great when dry but prepare to get stuck quite a bit if it's wet this week.

Surely you have a winch fitted to pull other people out?

It's bloody wet down there, if I do go and see ya stuck I'll be sure to remind you

I've heard it's at the bottom of a grassy muddy hill that can be a challenge to get back up
