Dual Battery Sysytem

Hey all,

i would like to set up a dual battery system on my 130, but as i live in Dubai these items a little hard to come buy and with my little knowlege on cars. i dont really know what i am looking for i have costed gettting a national luna DIY kit set to Dubai at a cost of 545 pounds

please tell me is there a cheaper why of doing such a system....

speak to Simon at X-eng and their split charge kit. Its £40. Airmail small packages shouldn't be too costly. Sub £100 at a guess.

Its not as 'intelligent' as the NL kit (which is reputedly very good), but it does the job, and I have had no trouble with mine.

I would question WHY you need a split charge in the 1st instance. A lot depends on your current draw from your set-up. Do you really need one?
