Drivers door will only unlock using the key - locks with the fob fine

Hi

Got a problem here which I don't understand and need a bit of help with. The drivers door locks fine with the fob but won't unlock with the fob - you have to use the key. is the solenoid busted and is it a different solenoid that unlocks the door to locking it ?

Any help would be appreciated

you need a new door latch.

Lock and unlock motor is all in one inside the latch assembly

How did you go with fixing the door problem? I have the same problem. will you tell me if you have fixed it ?

Always try the old wd40 before getting new parts , spray the latch and the solinoid ,and then operate a few times, ya still have to take the door panel orft,best oh luck. . .
