Recently I have received adverts on YouTube I believe from the Johnson Law Group regarding compensation claims for landrover and jaguar dpf's going faulty. I wondered if anyone knows much about the Johnson Law Group and or these compensation claims. In advance I apologise if I have placed this in the wrong place and or if there is an existing thread conversation on this topic. I noticed there was a similar topic posted a year or so ago but the only response was someone saying it was in the wrong place. As this was the case I did not add this to that one. Many thanks in advance for your consideration.

I have current possession of a 2016 Discovery Sport with the infamous ingenium engine and there is a lot of negative content on social media about that engine failing and issues with the DPF system. A previous owner of this vehicle had the engine replaced presumably under warranty at 40,000 miles or thereabouts. Many other components were replaced at that time as well. Another post on here a couple of years back mentioned there being a class action. I would say that these engines and exhaust systems do indeed appear to have inherent problems.
Hello Anaconda I hope all is well with you.

Ps touch wood I do not appear to be having any DPF or engine issues, so far. Have just seen after I posted this a thread by Mr Steve about a DPF claim.
