Door Mirrors tightened

Hi Guys,
Can anyone give me an insight how to tighten the mirrors on my freelander.
Is it from the bottom or do u have to take the mirror out to get in to the back.
The two of my mirrors r slack

Hi Teddy,
Tried that did not work. I have 4 small tork screws underneath and they r as tight as they can go. My both mirror's r the same.
