Hi just got a 2000 td4 auto I have a problem with the door locks when I press the open button drivers door opens press it a second time boot door unlocks other 3 don't open can be opened manually when you lock it on the remote all doors lock also front wipers have a mind of there own switch them then off they dont switch off???? any help or ideas please

the doors which don't unlock on 2nd press have failed unlock solenoids, replacement of the lock assembly is usually the solution. budget £75/lock main dealer £50 ebay, will take about an hour per lock, although you should speed up once you've fiddled the first one.

Wipers not switching off is probably a problem with the wiper stalk switch
