door lock

hi having problem with passenger door lock on td4 will lock and dead lock when i unlock it opens dead lock but will not unlock on secondary press to lift button checked power to connections and their is power to lock and dead lock and also power to undead lock but no power to unlock and lift latch could it be the central control unit? or anyone know of a fix thanks
