doing up a 88 truck cab/diesel

morning all,i am new on here but here goes.i have a 88 truck cab/diesel.i am doing it up and i could do with some info.it needs = engine re connecting/new fuel tank/welding on chassis/new back floor.anybody know of the best book or other to help me on my way....did a 109 petrol a couple of years ago and used a cd but this is a bit different.

hi,the cd is not measured out very good when trying to put fuel lines,accelerater cables back on....perhaps i am being lazy ?just hoped for some simple diagram.which restoratoin guide ?

none of the resto manuals, or the parts manual or the maint manual will tell you to connect pipe A to hole B or go into the sort of detail you might be expecting - but if you use all 3 (the resto manual isnt much use for anything) you should be able to work out what goes where - there isnt a great deal required to plumb the engine back in, process of elimination and some patience usually works wonders - the rest will just be metal bashing
