I've just changed the battery in my defender and now the radio is asking for a code to be input :doh:

Does anyone know what the default code is for a defender TD5 radio cassette, circa 2003???

I have checked all my documents but do not seem have the code anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

go to a stealer with yo V5 and they can look it up for you. It is car specific - there is no "default" code.

If your main stealer wants £25 for the pleasure try Ebay... I got my sons Ford Focus code for 99p and a reply within the hour... Fords wanted £20. Give the dealer a call first and be sure it is the original radio.
