Hi I have a discovery 3 2.7, I've lost power and have a exhaust blowing sound , no smoke no oil leak , just had a new clutch and service 90k also no warning lights or error codes showing

Welcome to LZ.

New clutch could be your clue here, top bell housing bolts not being refitted which also hold the crossover pipe on are famous for not getting refitted when clutch gets done.

How would I know it's that would I be able to see this from underneath the discovery

You are going to need access to the underside, and remove the engine undertrays just to see what is going on.

If its occurred just after having some work done then I would contact the company who did the work.
