Discovery 3/4 spare wheel

Hi all, when my mates gone to put tow bar on his disco noticed some oik has had the spare wheel!!

Looking for a rim and tyre or just rim. The closer the better! north London

Rrc wouldn't be same stud pattern as a D4 i dont believe, but cheers
