Discovery 2 towbar electrics

Hello fellow Landy lovers
We have not long bought a Discovery 2 that only has single electrics,we want to fit another socket but are unsure whether we can pick up a source at the rear of the car or whether we have to run a direct feed from the front,any suggestions would be appreciated

HI, what do you mean by "single electrics"? ... it doesnt have a trailer socket at all?... explain better what you want to do and maybe i could help

I'm guessing by 'single electrics' you mean the black socket that provides power for the trailer's lights? And you want to fit a white socket to provide power to a caravan?
