My disco is leaking oil from the seals on the pump been told i might need new pipes too and one garage has told me its cheaper to remove the system any help please i did buy new seals and seal tool but have no idea

Are you referring to the ACE - Active Cornering Enhancement per chance, if so the is brazillions of info here -

Is there a kit with all parts that you need in it of do you have to buy them one at a time ?

No there isn't, it depends which pipes need replacing.
