Disco Alarm Lights

Sometimes when I set the alarm , the headlights come on??

Does anybody know what this signifies?

water ingress from the sunroof in to the electrics maybe

When you use the remote to lock the doors, should you keep the 'lock' button depressed for about a second, the headlights will come on for a minute or so...

This is by design and helps you find your door keys etc on dark nights.

If you dont want the lights to come on, don't press the lock button for so long...

Ahh!!!

There didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, but of course the button press time!

Its a handy feature I often use. If you don't want to have the lights on for the full period, press the lock button again and they go off.

Relativley new to me Disco, I had just replaced two front sidelight bulbs as they had both blown, thought I'd got an elecrtical gremlin!

Which is why I was worried about the water!!!
