disco 200 tdi 1994 heater blower only working on cold setting not hot???

i have a 1994 disco 200 tdi auto with air conditioning, the problem is the heater blower fan only works when you slide it to cold but on hot setting nothing happens???

I don't know if you have an econ button or if you have a recyclable air button which might be engaged. Failing that your thermostat might be stuck.

Your heated has a vacuum control so check the vac pipe from engine to heater also the linkage on the heat control iin the dash.
