be the same tank just with a different neck I'd think as petrol nozzles are smaller but nothing a bit of fettling wont fix

Plastic tank so it might not like hammers

flexi tube will fix it although I don't see why it would matter, you know its having petrol in it not derv just put a sticker on the flap if you think you might forget

Nah I'm used to driving so many diff vehicles using diff fuel I doubt ill put wrong fuel in!

thats in the filler not tank ,tanks are interchangeable

Petrol tanks have 4 breathers, diseasel tanks have 1 but essentially the same tank, filler neck is separate.

Personally I never thought it would, didn't know there was a difference til I spotted one at a breakers yard a while back.

Basically diesel has 1 breather pipe and 1 breather port, petrol has 1 which splits into the 4 and goes to each corner of the tank
