Difference between Discoverys

Hi im thinking of buying a Discovery but im confused.
Can some one please tell me what the difference is between the 200TDi and the 300 TDi.

outwardly - the headlights are smaller on the 200
inside - better dash layout on the 300
mechanicals - engine basically the same, 200 gearbox has reserve by 1st, 300 has reserve below 5th.
