Evening All,
Planning on changing the diff oil, transfer box oil and gearbox oil on a 2006 defender td5 but unsure of what oils everyone is using. I have Granville MTF94 for the gearbox, Castrol Syntrans Multivehicle 75w-90 for the transfer box and EP-90 gear oil for the Front and rear diffs. I did wonder is each component sealed within its own housing? Should the transfer box oil and gearbox oil be the same? do they mix together etc.?
