Diesel throttle cable anchor mounting holes

Can anyone give me a mesurement in mm of where the holes should be to mount the throttle cable anchor to the bulkhead. I would need how far down from the top and how far across.

This a a Series 3 diesel, so the anchor should be mounted on the left-hand side of the driver's footwell. However, the new bulkhead doesn't have these holes. I got rid of the completely rotten old one a while ago.

The photo shows the exact part I am talking about.
