Diesel tag / label

Hi the diesel tag / label under the filler cap on a 300tdi 1995 appears to be held on with two screws.

does anyone know if these are in captive nuts or do I need to reach behind the wing to get a spanner on a nut?

Good question. IIRC they were two small bolts with individual nuts. I replaced my fuel filler surround and I can't remember there being captive nuts to deal with. Going back a few years now though!

Pretty certain just small nuts and bolts as AL203 says.
Easy enough to get to, I think mine were stainless, not sure if thats standard though?
