I've lost power since changing the injector pipes, and the new pipes have an internal diameter of 3.2mm, is this correct as got feeling the old ones had a bigger internal diameter, and if so could this cors the car to lose power up to 1500 rpm

I got some spare one's left from when I changed mine can't find out untill tommoro tho , have you cracked each one open to make sure one isn't blocked does the engine sound rough when its ideling , I Doubt the pipes are wrong they would not fit otherwise due to length and bends ect

Why were they changed ?? All of them or just one I had a hole in one of mine bought a set and changed just the one that was leaking , the very slight leak was enough to caus a very slight iratic idle but no power loss either you have a leak, did you fire her up before fitting air manifold back on to check for leaks ect , where are the old pipe to compaired you can measure outside Diameter to compair

I changed them due to leaks, and changed them all as they all were cracked and perished, it's just a think the new ones are smaller, so thought maybe the fuel not getting around quick enough

No there all the same size since they were brought out just open each one up at injector end and make sure they are all being fed fuel .

What area are you ?? I have a spare set second hand apart from one that I replace can remember what number tho

3.2 mm 1/8" is the correct size for spill pipes. Smaller diameter would not make any difference at all. If you removed the manifold to change the spills make sure you have not trapped wire for injector four in it. Or damaged the wires changing the spills. And that pressure pipe from under manifold to MAP sensor is intact clear of obstruction and connected.

Wammers has he changed the spill pipes rubber ones or the metal injector pipes thought it was the latter lol
