I have a 300tdi defender, which I am removing an aftermarket diy alarm. Aim is to get it back to stock and the wiring nice and tidy. As I have no instructions for the alarm I am not 100% sure where thee feeds into and out of the alarm box originally went or how they were connected.
As i understand it I need to reconnect the white with red tracer from the starter relay to the ingnition. The non permanent live from the ignition to the injector pump solenoid, but there also seems to be a wire from the alarm box running into 2 spade connectors (i think) in the top of the transfer box, where should this be connected? Its is current is wrapped in insulation tape the whole way a cable tied to other wires, this doesnt seem standard to me either?
