Defender Winch Bumper, Winch, Full Size Intercooler Help!

Morning,

At some point I would like to fit a winch usually with people that have one but would like one of my own. Problem is I bought the Terrafirma Winch Bumper -

Similar to this one


Been fitted for the past 3 years, though since then I have fitted a full size intercooler which I believe means I can't fit a winch... Ideally I would like to avoid spending another £400 on a new bumper, anyone know if I could modify my current bumper to suit a winch?

I don't mind cutting my grill away either

Any help would be great

I have the same bumper on my 110 with a big intercooler and winch
I had to cut the plastic grill on the front of the car to fit over the winch
It's tight but do able

hmmm good news then. I'll measure it up properly this eve see if I can shoehorn it in. Would be nice if I could keep my giant spotlights but I don't think it will all fit!

I think I elongated the holes the winch bolts to on the bumper to get an extra 5mm clearance
Also had a pair of 150mm diameter hella dots on with the winch but there weren't a lot of room for my hands to reach the freespool knob

My spots are massive though, only just fit inside the bumper!
