Doesn't Sikaflex fix EVERYTHING? It's the unsung third part of the Land Rover basic toolbox - hammer, gaffer tape, Sikaflex!

The white blocks adhere to the glass and create a mounting point for the winder mechanism.
Check a glazing specialist as mentioned, sikaflex is still a little bendy when cured so not ideal.
